• Account Registration: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create a buyer or vendor account.

• Buyer Inquiry Forms: Industry, budget, volume requirements, timeline, TCPA compliance preferences, and contact information submitted when requesting vendor matches.
• Transaction Data: Details of purchases, escrow transactions, fulfillment records, and communications processed through the Marketplace.
• Contact Forms: Name, email, phone, and message content submitted through our contact or support forms.
• Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and session duration via standard server logs and analytics tools.
• Cookies: Session cookies for login functionality, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), and WooCommerce/WordPress functional cookies required for cart and checkout operations.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account on the Marketplace.
• To match buyers with relevant vendors based on submitted requirements.
• To process escrow-protected transactions and notify both parties of fulfillment status.
• To send transactional emails including order confirmations, payment notifications, renewal reminders, and account alerts.
• To send marketing communications (newsletter, platform updates, founding vendor offers) — you may unsubscribe at any time.
• To respond to support requests, disputes, and compliance inquiries.
• To improve the Site, detect fraud, and ensure platform security.

4. Confidentiality Between Buyers and Vendors

CallCentersForHire.com operates on a strict confidentiality model. Buyers never receive vendor contact information, and vendors never receive buyer contact information, regardless of vendor tier. All communications between buyers and vendors are routed through Data Monster, Inc. at all times.

Verified Featured Vendors may request a Google Meet with a buyer — however, a Data Monster representative is always present on such calls. No direct contact information is exchanged during or after these sessions without explicit agreement from both parties and the written approval of Data Monster, Inc.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Site, processing payments (Stripe, WooCommerce), managing email delivery, or providing analytics — bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Escrow Processing: Transaction data necessary to facilitate escrow-protected payments and fulfillment verification.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Data Monster, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, plus a minimum of three (3) years after account closure or the completion of the last transaction, for legal and compliance purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for twelve (12) months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 9).

The Site uses cookies for the following purposes:
