List as a Broker
List as a Broker on Data Monster β€” earn commission connecting buyers and sellers

Choose the Right Broker Path

List as a Broker — this page. You represent a vendor and act as the seller of record for the listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of what is listed and for fulfilment of the order.

Broker Partner Program — a separate program. You introduce buyer or seller relationships and earn a 50/50 share of Data Monster’s profit margin. You do not become the seller of record and you are not responsible for fulfilment.

This page is for brokers, agencies, and intermediaries who represent vendors and want to list those products or services on the Data Monster marketplace under their own account. You can broker live transfers, sales leads and data, call center and BPO capacity, remote talent, and digital services.

CallCentersForHire.com is operated by Data Monster, Inc., and standard marketplace listings are free to post. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Because you are the seller of record, you will be asked to confirm you have authorization from the vendor you represent.

Orders run through escrow protection and are released once the buyer confirms delivery. Your vendor relationships stay yours — buyers transact with your listing, not around it.

Who Should List Here?

Independent brokers with established vendor relationships. Agencies reselling capacity they source elsewhere. Consultants who place client work with providers and want the transaction to run through a protected marketplace. Resellers representing an offshore call center, a data compiler, or a digital agency in markets those vendors cannot reach directly. If you sell something you do not produce yourself, this is the right intake.

How Selling on CallCentersForHire.com Works

  1. Complete the broker listing form on this page with the products or services you represent, your pricing, and your vendor authorization.
  2. Data Monster reviews the submission, including the authorization you have confirmed.
  3. Approved listings become searchable in the marketplace and can be matched with active buyer demand.
  4. Orders are processed through the platform’s escrow-protected transaction system.

What Buyers Look For

Buyers do not object to working with a broker, but they do want to know they are working with a competent one. Clear specifications on what is actually being delivered, not a vague pass-through description. Realistic volume and turnaround, confirmed with your vendor before you publish it. A replacement or remedy policy you control rather than one you have to go ask about. Responsiveness, since a broker who takes two days to answer a pre-sale question signals how the order will go. And consistency — brokers who list a narrow, well-understood set of offerings outperform those listing everything available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between listing as a broker and becoming a Broker Partner?

Listing as a broker makes you the seller of record for a marketplace listing: you own the listing, the pricing, and the fulfilment obligation. The Broker Partner Program is separate — you introduce a buyer or seller relationship and earn a 50/50 share of Data Monster’s profit margin, without becoming the seller of record.

Am I the seller of record?

On this page, yes. The listing is yours. Buyers order from you, and you carry responsibility for the accuracy of the listing and delivery of the order. If you would rather refer business without that responsibility, use the Broker Partner Program instead.

Do I need authorization from the vendor?

Yes. You must have the vendor’s permission to represent and sell their product or service before listing it. Listings are reviewed before publication, and misrepresenting authorization is grounds for removal.

What products and services can I broker?

Live transfers, sales leads and data, call center and BPO capacity, remote talent and freelance services, and digital services. Each brokered offering should be listed separately with its own pricing and terms.

Who is responsible for fulfilment?

You are, as the seller of record. If your vendor fails to deliver, the obligation to the buyer remains with your listing. Choose the vendors you represent accordingly, and set replacement terms you can actually honour.

How are transactions and broker earnings handled?

Buyer funds are held in escrow when an order is placed and released once the buyer confirms delivery. Your margin is whatever sits between your vendor cost and your listed price — you set the listed price yourself.

Get Verified and Stand Out

Verified Featured Sellers carry a verification badge on every listing and are surfaced to buyers comparing vendors. For a broker, where the buyer is already one step removed from the source, verification carries extra weight.
