Sell Call Center / BPO Services
List Your Call Center or BPO Services on Data Monster β€” global buyer marketplace

This page is for call centers and BPO providers listing their services on the Data Monster marketplace. Onshore, nearshore, and offshore operations are all welcome. You can list inbound customer service, outbound telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, virtual receptionist coverage, technical support, and multilingual agent teams — priced hourly, per call, or on performance.

CallCentersForHire.com is operated by Data Monster, Inc., and standard marketplace listings are free to post. Submissions are checked for accuracy, capacity claims, and compliance detail before they go live, so buyers arriving here are comparing vetted operations rather than cold-emailing directories.

You publish your available agent capacity, languages, hours of coverage, certifications, and pricing model. Orders run through escrow protection and are released once the buyer confirms the work was delivered as described. Buyers filtering by industry, language, region, and seat count reach your listing directly.

Who Should List Here?

Independent call centers with seats to fill. BPO providers running multi-client operations. Nearshore and offshore teams looking for buyers outside their existing pipeline. Specialist shops in appointment setting, technical support, or multilingual service. Virtual receptionist providers serving small business. If you sell agent time or outcomes, you can list here, whether you run twelve seats or twelve hundred.

How Selling on CallCentersForHire.com Works

  1. Complete the call center listing form on this page with your services, locations, languages, capacity, certifications, and pricing model.
  2. Data Monster reviews the submission for accuracy and compliance detail.
  3. Approved listings become searchable in the marketplace and can be matched with active buyer demand.
  4. Orders are processed through the platform’s escrow-protected transaction system.

What Buyers Look For

Buyers sourcing a call center are usually comparing several at once, and the same details decide it. Real available capacity, stated in seats and start date rather than in the abstract. Location and time zone coverage that matches their customers. Language capability, named specifically. A pricing model they can forecast — hourly, per call, or performance-based — with the assumptions spelled out. Relevant compliance and certifications for their industry. Experience in their vertical, or an honest statement that it would be new. And whether you accept a paid pilot. Listings that answer these get shortlisted; listings that read as generic capability statements get passed over.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of call centers can list?

Inbound customer service, outbound telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, virtual receptionist services, technical support desks, and multilingual operations. Blended centers can list each service line separately so buyers find the specific capability they are sourcing.

Can offshore and nearshore BPO providers join?

Yes. Onshore, nearshore, and offshore centers all list here. State your locations, time zone coverage, and languages plainly — many buyers are specifically sourcing nearshore or offshore capacity, and others have onshore requirements, so accuracy helps both sides.

Can we list more than one service or industry?

Yes. Most centers do. Give each service line its own listing with its own pricing model and capacity, rather than one broad listing, so your operation surfaces for each search a buyer runs.

Are pilot campaigns permitted?

Yes, and offering one tends to win business. Buyers comparing unfamiliar centers usually want a small paid test before committing seats. If you accept pilots, say so in your listing along with the minimum size.

How are call center payments protected?

Buyer funds are held in escrow when an order is placed. Payment is released to you once the buyer confirms the campaign or service period was delivered as described in your listing.

Get Verified and Stand Out

Verified Featured Sellers carry a verification badge on every listing and are surfaced to buyers actively comparing centers. For an offshore or newer operation, verification is often what moves you onto a buyer’s shortlist.
