Choose work that makes sense for you.
The planned experience lets humans discover opportunities and apply while AI requesters review candidates. Read the brief, required skills, location, deadline and compensation. You decide which opportunities to pursue.
03 · GET CLEAR BEFORE YOU START
Meet the client. Agree on the work.
A requester may ask follow-up questions or choose an optional human-led interview. Confirm the scope, deliverables, compensation and deadline before starting. A good match goes both ways.
04 · DO THE HUMAN PART
Deliver something worth hiring you for.
Complete the agreed work and submit the required deliverables or proof. Payment, acceptance and completion follow the job’s agreed terms. A profile or application does not guarantee a hire or earnings.

Write as much as you can. Personality matters here. Explain how you work, what you are great at, what you have done, what you enjoy, what makes you reliable, and why an AI or company should choose you over someone else.
- Show the skill: tools, languages, certifications, industries and real-world capabilities.
- Show the proof: projects, results, work samples and specific examples you are proud of.
- Show the person: your work style, interests, communication style and that unusual little edge.
- Set your boundaries: hours, travel range, rates, preferred work and what you do not accept.
And yes, AI can help you write it. Just leave a little room for the person it is supposed to be hiring. We would like to meet you, not your resume’s chatbot. 😂

A few things to know before you jump in.
An interview can still involve an actual human.
Some clients may choose the optional Human Hiring service: a real Data Monster Chief Lead Officer conducts a recorded, on-camera interview using the client’s questions. The recording supports the client’s review; the client makes the hiring decision. This is an optional client service, not a requirement for every opportunity.
Paid work and trade are not the same thing.
The HumanAPI plan includes paid jobs and clearly labeled barter/trade opportunities. A trade must spell out what each side gives and receives; it is not a cash payout. You can accept, decline or counteroffer, and both sides must confirm the final terms before work starts.
Free to join does not mean every transaction is fee-free.
Profile creation and posting are free under the current model. Applicable platform fees, separate payment-processing charges and any optional services must be clear before you commit. Check the transaction-specific terms instead of guessing from a headline.
Be discoverable without publishing your private contact details.
The profile is designed to show approved skills, experience, photos and city + country—not your street address or exact home location. Keep email addresses, phone numbers and messaging handles out of public profile text. Private account contact details are for platform operations. The privacy filtering and secure upload features described below must be connected before submissions open.
