B2B Appointment Setter | Marketing & Growth Offers | Commission Only | IndivMedia We’ve booked 10,000 sales calls and we’re increasing our outreach 3.5x. We’re hiring an experienced B2B setter to help turn that activity into qualified sales conversations. Our marketing and growth packages sell for $4,000–$20,000 USD, with approximately 300–400 leads per month currently generated across the business. Your job is to build interest, qualify genuine opportunities and get the right prospects onto calls with our closers. The role • Start and manage conversations with B2B prospects. • Ask thoughtful questions to understand their business, needs and interest. • Book qualified appointments and give the closer a clear handover. • Follow up consistently, confirm appointments and keep CRM records accurate. You’ll be a strong fit if you have: • 1+ year of B2B appointment-setting experience. • Ideally, experience with marketing, lead generation or agency offers. • Strong written and spoken communication. • A confident, professional approach that creates interest and earns commitment. • NEPQ knowledge or strong question-led qualification skills. • A track record you can explain through qualified bookings, show rates and the period those results cover.
