Data Monster, Inc. — CallCentersForHire.com
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CallCentersForHire.com and every purchase, sale, request and service made through it, including the Vendor Vault marketplace, Vault Requests, Remote Jobs, HumanAPI and AI Shopper (together, the “Marketplace”). The Marketplace is operated by Data Monster, Inc. (“Data Monster”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, listing, posting a request, or completing a checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.
1. Who can use the Marketplace
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you must provide accurate account, business and payment information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- “Buyers” purchase listings or post Vault Requests. “Sellers” (vendors) list products or services. One account may act as both.
2. Our role
CallCentersForHire.com is a direct marketplace. Sellers are responsible for the products and services they list and deliver. Data Monster provides the platform, holds transaction funds in escrow, protects the identities and contact details of both parties, handles communication between them, and resolves disputes as described in Section 8. Vendors are screened before their listings are published, and listings that misrepresent vendor identity, pricing or availability are removed. See our Affiliate & Marketplace Policy.
3. Escrow protection
- Funds held in escrow. When a buyer pays, the funds are held by Data Monster, not sent directly to the seller.
- Protected until complete. Data Monster protects the funds until the transaction is complete.
- Seller delivers. The seller delivers the agreed leads, staffing or service according to the listing terms.
- Buyer confirms delivery. The buyer confirms the order was delivered as agreed.
- Seller paid. Once delivery is confirmed, the seller receives payment within 24 business hours.
Every transaction processed through the Marketplace is escrow protected. Learn more on How Escrow Protection Works.
4. Fees
- Product or service price: the price set by the seller, shown on the listing.
- Transaction fee: the marketplace transaction fee shown at checkout.
- Assurance Fee: a 5% Assurance Fee applies to all purchases from outside (non-Data Monster) sellers. Products and services sold directly by Data Monster have no Assurance Fee and are refunded 100%. It covers the protection of your funds in escrow. The Assurance Fee is non-refundable when a transaction is refunded (see Section 5).
All fees are shown before you pay. By completing checkout, you agree to the fees shown.
5. Refunds
If a transaction is refunded, the buyer receives a 100% refund of the product or service price and the transaction fee. The 5% Assurance Fee is not refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. See also our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Escrow Roll Over
If a seller does not perform, the buyer may choose Escrow Roll Over instead of a refund. With Escrow Roll Over, Data Monster takes the remaining escrow balance and moves it to a new qualified seller selected by the buyer, so the buyer can get the order fulfilled without paying again.
- No Assurance Fee is kept when Escrow Roll Over is used. The Assurance Fee only applies to refunds.
- The balance rolls over to the new seller’s order under these same Terms and escrow protection.
- The new seller must be qualified by Data Monster and selected by the buyer.
7. Privacy and communication
Buyer and seller identities and contact details are protected. Data Monster handles communication between parties, and contact information entered in public fields (such as Vault Request titles and details) is removed. Do not use the Marketplace to arrange payment or delivery outside of escrow. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disputes and arbitration by Data Monster
By using the Marketplace, buyers and sellers agree that Data Monster acts as the arbitrator of any dispute between them about a Marketplace transaction, including whether an order was delivered as agreed.
- Either party may open a dispute by contacting us at info@callcentersforhire.com or 1-888-420-3282. A Liaison Officer will help both sides through the process.
- While a dispute is open, the funds stay protected in escrow and are not released.
- Data Monster reviews the listing terms, order details, delivery records and communications from both parties.
- Data Monster then decides whether the escrowed funds are released to the seller, refunded to the buyer (Section 5), or rolled over to a new seller (Section 6). Both parties agree that Data Monster’s decision on escrowed funds is final.
9. Seller responsibilities
- List accurate descriptions, pricing, availability and vendor information, and deliver what the listing promises.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your products and services, including telemarketing and consent rules (such as the TCPA) for leads and live transfers.
- Vendor verification is free. Verified vendors are shown with a verified badge and are matched first by AI Shopper.
10. Vault Requests and AI Shopper
Vault Requests are free to post and are reviewed before they go live. AI Shopper is free: it sends email alerts when new listings or buyer requests match your saved criteria, and may post a Vault Request for you when you choose that option. Alerts are informational; any purchase still goes through checkout and escrow under these Terms.
11. Prohibited use
You may not post false or misleading listings, attempt to avoid escrow or Marketplace fees, share contact details to take a transaction off the platform, scrape or copy Marketplace data, or use the Marketplace for anything unlawful. We may remove listings, withhold escrowed funds pending review, or suspend accounts that break these Terms.
12. Limitation of liability
The Marketplace is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sellers, not Data Monster, are responsible for the products and services they list and deliver, and Data Monster does not guarantee any seller’s performance, results, or lead quality beyond the escrow, refund and Escrow Roll Over protections described in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Monster, its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Marketplace. Data Monster’s total liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the fees Data Monster received for that transaction (the transaction fee and Assurance Fee). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to Data Monster’s role as arbitrator of escrowed funds in Section 8, any legal action related to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Marketplace after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
